WRISTBAND PROCEDURES

For some events, a pre-numbered wristband system is used for tickets sales. It is designed to determine a guest's position in the ticket line. This system is implemented for all high-demand and advance ticket sales at HP Pavilion at San Jose. The use of these wristbands provides an orderly and fair method to give all guests an equal opportunity of obtaining seats.

  1. Guests will be permitted to stand in line for a wristband at 8:00 a.m. the morning of the ticket sale.
  2. One wristband will be issued to each person in line who is able to show proof of payment at the time of wristband distribution (i.e. a valid credit card with driver's license, or cash to cover the purchase price.
  3. A numbered wristband will be attached to each qualifying guest's right wrist. Wristbands must remain in place until they are cut off by an HP Pavilion at San Jose employee.
  4. At 9:00 a.m. wristband distribution will end, and a number corresponding to each number of the distributed wristbands will be randomly drawn from container by a guest volunteer at 9:30 a.m.
